Universality is a matter of concept

The SM152 granulator has now proven itself thousands of times over in the plastics industry.

As is the case for all Müller granulators, this series in particular is characterized by its universal and production-oriented expansion options.

Whether these are different hoppers, the patented steel spiral or the various versions of the cutting rotor and cut material containers, the overfill safety devices or the knife setting devices. To a large extent, you can already assemble the granulator you need for your production from standard components. In addition, we also manufacture custom-built systems.

The oversized bearing of the rotor shaft inside the granulator housing guarantees extreme stability. As a result, cutting gaps between the rotor and stator knives of 0.1 - 0.2 mm can be set. 

Together with the low speed of the cutting rotor, this results in a low-dust cut material that is easy to convey and can be reprocessed immediately.

The cutting rotor can be exchanged in a few simple steps for another rotor, whose cutting blades are

have been sharpened and set in a knife presetting device or have a different knife arrangement.
