We exchange and install the new control systems
We replace defective or old controls on all types of hydraulic injection molding machines and presses.
We use the Keba control system and develop applications and user interfaces for all types. Our controls have already been used on hundreds of injection molding machines and presses of various brands and types and have been thoroughly tested in the automotive sector.
Before replacing the controller, we always try to find the most cost-effective solution together with the customer. This is possible mainly due to the independence from machine manufacturers, which gives us enough flexibility and space for adjustments.
When replacing the controller, we naturally check that the CE certification is valid.

The machine can also be purchased directly with the intention of implementing new applications. With this, the main disadvantage of the low-cost machines can be compensated.
Such adapted machines can also be used for complex production in the automotive sector.
